Meeting held in President's Room due to Room 320 having maintenance done.
Meeting started a little after 6:30 in order to let everyone get there on time.

Becky announced that the trash cans were not to be used for food related trash, as that encourages ants.

Guild-wide introduction. Starting with the President and moving on to the members, everyone did a small introduction about themselves. This included: name, where from, major, gaming style, and favorite game.

The President gave a brief welcoming speech.

The Webmistress spoke about the website and the newsletter.

The Treasurer spoke about the Guild Library and Dues.

Spoke of the need to have members join committees.

As there was nothing else to speak of, the business part of the meeting was adjourned. Everyone was encouraged to stay and talk and get to know everyone.
